Registration includes:
- Full access to both days of the program, including live scanning demonstrations
- Morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea on both days
- Entry to the networking event
- Access to the exhibition and industry partner displays
- Certificate of attendance
- CPD points / CME accreditation
How to register:
Registrations are completed online. Select your registration type and complete payment by credit card.
Early bird registration closes at 11:59 pm AWST on 15 January 2027. Places are limited, and early registration is recommended.
Registration Cancellation and Transfer Policy
This policy applies to all registrations for the Australasian Paediatric and Congenital Echocardiography Conference (APCEC). By completing your registration, you agree to these terms.
CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
- Cancellations will be refunded in full up to 6 weeks before the start of the event.
- After Friday 19 February 2027: no refunds will be given; however, you may transfer your registration to a colleague instead (see below).
- Delegates who do not attend the conference without notifying us are not entitled to a refund.
- Buyers can action a self-service refund or cancellation using the ‘Manage Order’ button on their order confirmation email.
- Approved refunds will be returned to the original method of payment within 14 business days.
TRANSFERRING YOUR REGISTRATION
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to a colleague free of charge at any time before the conference.
- Changes to details of your registration may be edited using the ‘Manage order’ button found on your confirmation email.
- If the replacement delegate is eligible for a different registration category, any difference in fees will apply.
- Registrations cannot be shared between delegates or split across the two conference days.
CHANGES TO THE CONFERENCE
- The organising committee reserves the right to make changes to the program, speakers or venue where necessary.
- If the conference is cancelled by the organisers, registration fees will be refunded in full.
- The organisers are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs incurred by delegates. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate travel insurance.
